Management Services are provided to international and local clients that establish Bermuda companies. The Comapny can sub-contract on-going management functions to Bermuda service providers. These services are provided to clients through the firm's affiliate company, Richmond Financial Managers Ltd.  The range of services provided by Richmond Fianncial Managers Ltd.are as follows:-

	To maintain and provide a professional business office for the Company;
	To maintain and provide telephone, fax facilities; e-mail address and mailing address for the Company;
	To open and maintain books of accounts showing the financial condition of the Company at all times;
	To maintain and operate bank accounts on behalf of the Company;
	To provide invoicing and collection facilities for the Company;
	To assist the Company's externat Auditors and Accountants;
	To maintain Statutory reporting requirements on behalf of the Company; and
	To conduct general management and administrative funcutions on behalf of the Company.

Richmond has implemented an electronic network which enables its clients to communicate with the firm electronically and have electronic access to certain information relating to their companies in Bermuda.

Richmond has a professional team which is highly qualified in management matters and brings a broad range of skills (from legal to accounting) in dealing with client affairs in Bermuda.
