Richmond Financial Managers Ltd. provides management support and services to international companies that have incorporated Bermuda companies but do not wish to have a physical presence in Bermuda with separate offices and staff.

Richmond provides a wide range of management functions to such corporate clients, such as invoicing, accounting, treasury and banking services, preparation of statutory accounts for regulatory purposes and general compliance and management matters.

Our clients range from insurance/reinsurance companies incorporated in Bermuda to large trading companies that have Bermuda operations.

Company Management
Once a company has been incorporated in Bermuda, clients may wish the company to also be managed in Bermuda. Clients may sub-contract the management to Richmond Financial Managers Ltd. under a Management Contract.

The Contract will specify the scope of management services to be provided in Bermuda, such as:

	Maintaining and providing a professional business office for the company
	Maintaining and providing separate telephone, faxes, mailing address and electronic services for the company (if required)
	Availability of knowledgeable personnel to conduct business activities of the company including senior management executives
	Arranging correspondent banking relationships and maintaining bank accounts;
	Securing technical equipment, computer software and supplies for the client's business
	Accounting (Maintaining Books of Account) & Fiscal Management
	Investment & Securities Administration (Back office capability)
	Liaising with Service Providers and assisting them when required (Auditors, Bankers, Financial Advisors)
	Liaising with and Reporting to Government Departments (Statutory Filings);
	Claims Reporting (for insurance companies)
	International Invoicing from Bermuda
	Advertising and Public Relations (if required)
	Quarterly Reporting to Client
